Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the provision by JADUKOR IT of the services and/or products (collectively referred to as “Services and Products”). These Terms, together with the Service Level Agreement and any executed addenda, constitute the agreement between JADUKOR IT and the Customer.

IMPORTANT:
• All conditions marked with (*) or (**) on individual plan pages must be followed.
• DataLife Engine is strictly prohibited on all shared and reseller hosting platforms.

1. General Provisions

JADUKOR IT strives to assist clients to the best of its ability. Due to the technical nature of the internet, JADUKOR IT is not liable for interruptions, delays, or inability to access services caused by network saturation or third-party issues.

  • Planned or emergency maintenance
  • Negligence by third-party clients
  • DDoS attacks or unauthorized hacking attempts

2. Resource Usage Policy

Shared hosting services are designed for standard website usage. JADUKOR IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if excessive resource usage is detected.

  • Using more than 10% of system CPU or memory on shared services
  • Using 20% or more system resources for longer than 90 seconds
  • Hosting images/videos as a primary storage source
  • Running web spiders, indexers, BitTorrent, trackers, or rapidleech
  • Running cron jobs with intervals less than 15 minutes
  • Using URL-based PHP includes instead of local includes

3. Content Restrictions

All services must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  • Phishing, scam, fraud, IP spoofing, Ponzi schemes
  • Malware, viruses, trojans, botnet controllers
  • Child pornography and copyright-infringing material
  • Spam scripts, mail bombers, and mass mailing tools

4. Account Activation & Delivery

  • Shared and Reseller hosting accounts are activated instantly or within 1 hour after payment
  • All service credentials and digital products are delivered via email only

5. Maintenance & Security

JADUKOR IT may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. Advance notice will be provided when reasonably possible.

While absolute security cannot be guaranteed, JADUKOR IT uses security modules, firewall protection, and spam/virus filtering. Customers are responsible for protecting passwords and preventing unauthorized access.

6. Payment, Pricing & Cancellation

  • All services must be paid in advance
  • Prices may change with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice
  • Services are suspended at 12:00 AM (GMT +6) after the due date
  • Unpaid accounts after 7 days will be terminated
  • VPS & Dedicated Servers must be paid by 12:00 PM (GMT +6) on the due date
  • Cancellations must be requested from the client area

7. Refund & Money Back Policy

Hosting services include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

  • Non-refundable: Setup fees, domains, VPS, Dedicated Servers, SSL, software development
  • No refunds for TOS violations or bandwidth usage above 5GB
  • Promotional offers are non-refundable
  • PayPal/Payza refunds are processed online; Payoneer and others are non-refundable

8. Web Development Terms

  • Projects may be cancelled if 70% payment is not received during test phase
  • Clients must provide all content (text, images, files)
  • Maintenance and hosting are not included unless stated separately

9. Amendments

JADUKOR IT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers who do not agree with the updated Terms may cancel services before the new terms take effect.
